What is your opinion about the Chilean traditions?

I have to say that I am a folklore lover, so I like everything related to Chilean traditions. When I say this, people look scared because they think that I’m a kind of patriotic or something like that, and they’re completely wrong, because the things I like about folklore are the things that were there before the arrival of the Spanish. I like our flora and fauna, I like our typical dances, like La Diablada or El trote chilote, and I specifically like our typical food.  I don’t like the traditions that were brought from Europe, like the rodeo, but I accept that the majority of our traditions are a combination of cultures.

What is your opinion about legalizing abortion in all cases?

This topic for me is very important, because is something that have gained a lot of controversy. In my case, I’ve been interested in this for six years, when in first grade of secondary I had to write an essay about abortion, so I started reading, and since then, I took a position. I accept abortion in all cases. This is because the right of women  to decide about their own bodies has always been taken away  , and in most cases, it is in the name of religion. I think that no one should be forced to be a parent, because not everyone has it as a life plan, but it is even harder for women to decide this, every person has an opinion on your body and in your life, and they think that you should do what they say, no matter what you want for yourself.

What is your opinion about tatoos?

My opinion about tattoos is simple: I love them. I already have three and I definitely want more. I love them because they are a way of carrying with you the things you like or the things that marked you forever, and in that way, people can see it. Besides, they can mark a stage of your life, something good, something bad, or something that you want to remember for ever; you can make it into a tattoo and see it every day. I also like them because every day they’re becoming more and more common, and you can see people with great jobs tattooed, or you can see people getting a tattoo about something that they like, not necessarily with a meaning behind. I like them because it’s a cool way of having art on your body.

What is your opinion about contraception?

I think contraception is something necessary for this world. As I said in the other answer, We should decide when to become a parent (if we want to), and we should not deprive ourselves of sexual relations just for fear. Furthermore, the amount of people in this planet is enormous and we can't be having babies as if nothing is happening. While I think these are necessary, I also think that they’re unfair, because contraceptives are completely invasive for women’s body, full of hormones and chemicals that affect our organism and our emotions, while men’s contraceptives are less invasive. That’s my only problem with them, they are necessary but they’re unfair.
