My Best Holidays

My best holidays were on Brasil, two years ago. I went there with my mom and my aunt. We visited this country because it was my last year before going to university and it was one of our favourite countries. We arrived at the Sao Paulo airport and then we took another plane to Rio de Janeiro. We stayed in a hotel for a week. It was close to the beach so we went there everyday.
My mom had gone before so she knew perfectly the places that we had to visit. We went to Ipanema beach, the Selaron stairs, and the Maracaná stadium. We also visited Christ the Redeemer and the Pão de Açúcar and many other beautiful places.

I could say that these holidays were one of my favourites because I really love brasilian culture, their music, their colors and their language, so, going there was a totally special moment for me. I went places I thought I woukd never go. I learned a lot of things just watching the way they live and also had a really good time with my family. I enjoyed so much these vacations that I would like to repeat them as much as I could.

    Brasil it's very interesting, it´s amazing to see how the brazilian people do a lot of exercise in they dairy life, you can see that in the beach.

English Language Challenges

My experience learning English in this university has been good. I can’t say a lot about it because I only took two courses, but I can definitely say that it helped me to improve my pronunciation and to learn idioms that can help in any situation, for example, when you have to write blogs and make an idea. About blogs, I have to say that they are a good tool to practice writing, because it is an important part when we have to apply for some job or interview. We have to know how to write properly in English and we should be capable of writing about any theme, that’s why blogs are important; they are not boring essays and we can write in the way we like to express ourselves. English class is important for me because I can keep practicing the language. Photography

I have to say I don’t know a lot about photography. I like to take pictures of things that call my attention, for example, the sunset or the sunrise between the buildings, or the colors of the city. I think I like these kinds of pictures because of the ‘’color palette’’, it makes me calm. Another thing I enjoy taking pictures is street art. I luckily study near many neighborhoods that are full of paintings and different kinds of street art, so it’s really cool for me to go for a walk in these places and take pictures of what I see. I also enjoy taking pictures of animals, more specifically dogs, and even more specifically street dogs. I think that sometimes pictures can reflect what they want to tell us with their sight. It can be love, or hunger, or many other things, but I think that the way dogs look at us is something really nice to capture with a camera. It also happens with cats, but they are mainly posing for the camera, they know that they are some kind of models....

my future job

As an architecture student, I think that my future job is going to relate with architecture. I’d love to have projects for my own but I admit that I also like to work on groups, I think that is a good way to learn more and make an amazing project. I really like the artsy part of architecture; it fills my heart, so I’d love to work on something very related to it. Maybe an art museum, or designing galleries, or even be part of an urban art project, because I really love urban art. I like graffiti, murals, and public spaces destined to people’s enjoyment. I would love to see the concrete jungle full of colors. I’d really like to work on something like this, on something that returns the public space to people that uses it every day. For me, our city has to be more colorful and I want to be part of that change. I don’t expect earning a lot of money or to become rich with this job but I think it is more important for me to be happy with what I do than making myself rich, because, in ...
